Canterbury Education Group commissioned us to re-design
and develop the web portal that would provide brief
introduction to the three colleges and serve as a gateway
to the Canterbury Business College, Canterbury Language
Academy and Canterbury International Institute, all
three forming a part of the Canterbury Education Group.
Challenge
The main challenge for us was to design a home-page that would hold the links to three colleges without losing the vibrant appeal and suppliment the design with a flash movie. We experimented with having the official logos on the home page which didn't look very good to us given the look of the logos. Eventually, the logos were replaced with images providing links to the respective college.
And then, we always knew it was going to be the flash movie on the home page that will make the statement. The web pages provide easy navigation schema, vibrant colour patterns and are rich in information.
